Return Process

  Log into your Insta Mandi account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product remains in unused, resaleable condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
